Responsibilities: Answers incoming phone calls in a pleasant and expeditious manner. Screens all calls and directs appropriately to proper person. Takes messages following guidelines related to timeliness and accuracy and processes appropriately. Maintains daily operations of phone system. Schedules and verifies appointments as needed. Pages physicians as needed with important messages/information/consult request's etc. Assists with other duties as requested, including coverage in other areas. Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent. 1 year of call center experience 2 years of customer service experience. Healthcare knowledge is preferred but not required. Bilingual in English and Spanish is required. Medical Assistant Certification is preferred but not required.
