Client Service Associate – Property & Casualty

We’re seeking a Client Service Associate who supports client service excellence, operational accuracy, and the daily servicing of Commercial Lines accounts. This role collaborates closely with Account Managers to deliver exceptional service, maintain documentation, and uphold Alera Group’s high performance standards. RESPONSIBILITIES What You’ll Do / Your Impact Client Partnership & Risk Strategy • Assist Account Managers with preparation and maintenance of client files, prerenewal packets, certificates, ID cards, claims spreadsheets, and other service materials
• Respond promptly and accurately to client and team requests, ensuring exceptional customer service
• Support daytoday service needs that contribute to client retention and positive client experience Operational Excellence • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation within required systems, ensuring compliance and data integrity
• Complete Motor Vehicle Reports (MVRs) and PreEmployment Screening requests efficiently, including quarterly review and claims-related processing
• Provide backup coverage for receptionist duties, including phones and front desk support
• Participate in training, seminars, and team development sessions to expand knowledge and capabilities Strategic Contribution • Evaluate workflows and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality
• Understand how individual work impacts overall team performance and uphold Alera Group’s service commitments
• Support the team’s performance culture by consistently meeting deadlines, maintaining accuracy, and modeling professionalism QUALIFICATIONS What You Bring Required • High School Diploma or GED
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks and deadlines
• Excellent communication, listening, and organizational skills
• Demonstrated accountability, reliability, and willingness to learn
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment Preferred • Familiarity with insurance technology platforms or Commercial Lines servicing tools
• Experience in client service, administrative support, or insurance operations

Compensation: Salary range: $43,000 – $55,000 per year
