Position Compensation - $16-$18 per hour

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong mathematical skills
- Basic computer knowledge including use of Microsoft applications, email, and other basic functions.
- Enthusiasm for athletics and sporting goods
- Ability to operate a POS/computer system

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: None. Three years of customer service experience is preferred. Two years of supervisory experience is also preferred.
Licensure: None
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Inside and outside environment. This is an active position that requires standing and walking for up to 30 hours per week. The ability to lift up to 35 pounds is required.
