This position has been designated as a Hybrid work schedule with work performed onsite 3 days each week.
Job Summary:
Trane in Columbus, Ohio is hiring a Client Service Representative to join our team. In this role you will work closely with customers to ensure their service needs are met. This position will also work closely with Account Managers and Area Service Managers as the point of contact for all service agreement renewals and Technicians regarding sales revenue through the Quick Quote/ Technician Lead program in specified geographical areas.
What you will do:
· Act as a customer advocate to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded, resulting in high satisfaction rates, retention, quotes, pull-through, and service agreement base growth.
· Provide assistance in the account management process for existing clients, including the identification and execution of additional services.
· Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers to ensure they are satisfied with existing services, leading to account retention.
· Collaborate with Service Account Managers to ensure successful execution of service products, renewals, and service agreement renewals.
· Assess and evaluate potential service agreement opportunities at startup.
· Actively make outbound calls by leveraging open work orders file, Salesforce reporting, Linkage, lost service agreement list, new equipment start-ups, etc.
· Follow up on connectivity reports, outdated equipment lists, and control upgrade opportunities.
· Own follow-ups on expiring quick quotes and service agreement customer calls.
What you will bring:
· Certificate/degree from college or technical school with one (1) year related experience and/or training; or three (3) years of related experience and/or training with HS Diploma/GED.
· Must have excellent Customer Service skills - need to be extremely comfortable and effective on the phone.
· Working knowledge of HVAC systems preferred.
· Must possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations included, but not limited to:
· DUI, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless / Carless Driving, or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years.
Compensation:
Pay Range: $70,000 to 80,000 annually.
Total compensation for this role will include an incentive plan. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
