Vaco is working with a growing client to fill a Customer Service Representative role. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for acting as the main point of contact, updating and maintaining customer information, managing inbound and outbound calls, greeting guests and vendors, managing soft collections, and assisting with additional duties as needed. If you are a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative with 3+ years of experience apply today ! Requirements 3+ years of customer service experience in an office setting. Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills. Must be Bilingual Spanish & English. Must be able to work onsite on weekdays and rotating weekends. Some light lifting of boxes may be required.
