Whats a typical day as Customer Service Specialist? Youll be:

Providing timely and accurate quotations, as well as detailed product information, to customers.

Managing high-volume order entry and overseeing daily order processing activities.

Investigating, resolving, and processing customer complaints and credit requests in a prompt and professional manner.
