Job Description

This role involves providing clinical and safety assessments of post-marketing events to ensure compliance with global regulations. The position requires minimal supervision and entails significant interaction with customers, healthcare professionals, global government agencies, and employees at all levels. Responsibilities include fielding inquiries via phone, electronic, or verbal correspondence and documenting them as complaints per applicable SOPs. The role also offers technical support and remote troubleshooting guidance, reviewing records, and performing follow-ups with customers regarding treatments, product performance, and functionality.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
  • Assist with quality assurance by listening to recorded calls and providing feedback to improve service standards.
  • Collaborate with the quality team to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
  • Support training initiatives by sharing best practices and insights from quality reviews.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or call center environment preferred.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and call recording tools is a plus.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Racine, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
