Location: Charlotte, NC (On-Site)
Pay: $20-23.50/hour (temp to hire)
Schedule: M-F 8:00-4:30
Our client is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their growing customer service team! This is a great opportunity with a stable company, positive culture, and ability for long-term, permanent employment.

Assist with B2B collections
Mentor new hires on the team

What you need to succeed:
Previous experience in a professional office environment including:
Customer service
Scheduling/Dispatch
AP/AR (Collections, setting up billing, etc.)
Solid Excel and Word experience
Ability to pass background and drug test
