Job Description
Genesis10 is seeking a Customer Service Specialist/Collections. This is a 4+ month contract-to-hire position with a banking client located in OH. Candidates can work remotely but must be local to one of the following areas: Akron, Cleveland, Columbus, or Cincinnati.
Compensation: $20.00 - 22.00 per hour, depending on skill and experience level.
Schedule & Workload:
Available Shifts: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, 10:00 AM-7:00 PM, 12:00 PM-9:00 PM
team members are scheduled to work every 3rd Saturday from 8:00 AM-1:00 PM
December through February offers potential for overtime.
Description:
Responsible for making outbound calls to customers who are behind on payments to assess their current situation and determine the appropriate next steps. This may include enrolling the customer in a Home r program or setting up a customized payment plan.
This is a phone-based, desk-based role requiring full-time availability (8 hours per day).
The position follows a structured schedule with designated lunch and break times to ensure consistent team coverage.
Candidate Profile Preferences:
Minimum of 1+ years in customer service. Strong Customer Service is key to success in this role.
