We are hiring for a customer support associate based in Louisville Kentucky! We are looking for candidates with 2 years of customer service experience minimum ideally call center would be highly preferred.

Essential Job Functions:

Excellent communications skills

Ability to quickly navigate through system applications to obtain and provide accurate account

information

Answer all incoming calls in 30 seconds or less

Answer 50 or more inbound calls daily

Perform outbound call campaigns to existing customers

Complete customer request forms

Document each incoming and outbound call for trend analysis

Manage multiple customer interactions while maintaining accuracy

Work well in busy environment

Maintain overall call volume and service levels at 90% or above

Maintain a monthly Quality Call Monitor average of 90% or above

Perform other duties as assigned

FULLY ONSITE

Hours- 8:45-5pm initially, would need availability till 6pm.

Paid training, weekly pay and benefits available.

Pay: 20

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
