Location: ON-SITE / Plano, TX 75024

Salary: $27.50/hour

SCHEDULE: Must be able to work a shift between the hours of 8AM-8PM INCLUDING THE WEEKENDS.

Experience Required: Combination of Call Center and Banking will be working with Tier 1 Banking Clients (Institution Banking versus Individuals)

OVERVIEW: This role will be interfacing with high net worth clients handling intake and transactional work regarding their finances. You will need to be SHARP in presentation & communication.

Functional Skills:
Review system data, and migrate with the use of technology
Perform client outreach (calls, email, meetings), coordination, and associated reporting and tracking.
Perform migration data entry for manual conversions including client entitlement set up and support.
Interact with Bank and clients to facilitate collection of documentation.

Technical / Non-Technical Skills:
Experience in Banking
Demonstrate ability to simplify and communicate complex technical procedures.
Hands on approach mindset.
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Need strong analytical skills and ability to think laterally
Attention to detail and proactive.
Detail oriented, while still providing reliable and consistent results.
Dependable problem-solving skills.
Having any experience in migration activities will be preferred.
