Judgemental Lending - Customer Service Specialist Pay: $27.50 Schedule: - Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday through Thursday 9 hour shift between 7am and 7pm Location: Carrollton TX (Main Office) Fort Worth (Training Office) *** Training is in the Fort Worth Chase office and then you will be permanently in the Carrollton office. (4-6 weeks of training.) Client Note: Our client is looking for 6 Call center individuals with credit card underwriting experience. Open to other finance background and very heavy call center that could work as well. MUST HAVE: 3 - 5 years' experience of finance with call center. Great communication skills Position Overview: The Judgemental lending team is responsible for assessing a loan applicant's ability to repay the loan and recommending that it be approved or denied. The role includes analyzing, negotiating, pricing and documenting lines of credit as per the lender judgement ,it also includes the review of other transactions that have an element of consumer risk , Evaluating the borrower's application and using prior experience dealing with similar applicants to regulate credit approval & Process credit line increase request using credit bureaus, spend/payment history on savings/checking/ investment accounts, and deposits to accommodate customer spend as well as capture spend from competitor cards. Essential Job Functions -Skills: Contact center voice operations experience is a must Comfortable with handling inbound/outbound calls Strong knowledge of finance and credit risk assessment (college graduates preferred) Due diligence and attention to details with the ability to quickly learn and adapt Strong problem-solving skills to assess and mitigate credit risk Effective time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple applications, follow up with applicants, and meet deadline efficiently Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy Ability & knowledge to evaluate risk management Excellent Communication skills.
