Inside Sales Customer Service Representative

Type: Direct Hire

Pay: Up to $55K plus quarterly bonus

We’re seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage customer orders, communicate updates, and support both the sales and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth and accurate order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and manage customer purchase orders, quotes, and acknowledgments.
• Collaborate with sales, customers, and manufacturing to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.
• Provide ongoing customer communication and support via phone and email.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Keep organized records of orders and shipments.

Requirements:

• Customer service experience in a manufacturing setting preferred (not call center).
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Outlook; Excel knowledge is a plus.
• Basic math skills and ability to understand product details.
• Team-oriented with a customer-first mindset.
