Customer Service Representative

Growing manufcturing industrial supply company is currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our client’s team. This individual will play a key role in supporting customer satisfaction and service efficiency through order management, communication, and pricing support.

Will be esponsible for:  Manage order entry, invoicing, and document scanning

EmailCorrespondence and/or phone response with a sense of urgency to meet customer needs and service expectations Handle escalated inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer interactions

Assist and oversee pricing inquiries, Resolving price discrepancies at order entrystage.

 Communicating price increases Managing customer pricing data files Support inside sales functions, such as: Communicating product specifications Providing in-depth product knowledge Managing phone interactions with customers Ideal Candidate Will Have: Strong communication and problem-solving skills Experience in customer service, inside sales, or a related field Ability to manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail Proficiency in order processing systems and MS Office tools A team-player attitude with a drive to improve customer experience.
