Customer Service Representative

Locations: FORT SMITH, LITTLE ROCK, NW ARKANSAS FAYETTEVILLE ( MUST be local to any one of these locations).

We are hiring on Contract, Customer Service Representatives for a remote role. Equipment provided! Opportunity available for full-time conversion after 3-6+ months .

Start Date: Sept 8 th , 2025
Customer service experience required (Call center, retail, restaurant, hospitality, etc.)
Bilingual Spanish preferred but will consider everyone
Strong communication & problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment (must have a Wi-Fi/ internet set up at home)

Our client would like to bring on board 18-20 Customer Service Representative s (CSR s) starting on Sept 8 th , 25

This is a contract to hire role with a potential to be hired ideally at the end of 3 months mark or 6 month mark. The contract duration is open until the CSR is hired by client. Hiring decision is based on performance.

Rate Range :

$16-$18/hr W2 Pay rates (depending on experience)

Training period

Sept 8 th -Oct 27 th

Parameters:

  1. Selected candidates need to be able to commit to be present for the entire training time frame listed.
  2. Only a max of 1 day leave is allowed during this training window (Sep 8 th -Oct 27 th ) as there is lot of material to cover, and in order for the CSR s to have a successful training we ideally prefer that they don t miss any day.
  3. Training will be in person for the 1 st week at the Fort Smith Office. After the first week, training will continue remotely. All CSR s will be provided equipment to take home to work from home.
  4. Bilingual candidates are a huge plus but this is open to all.
  5. Ideal locations : Fort Smith, Little Rock, NW Arkansas
  6. Total team : 18-20
  7. Shift timings : The work timings are between 7am to7 PM M to F. Shifts will be provided within this time frame. There is no guarantee of an early or late shift. The shifts are allocated after the training.
  8. Contract to Hire. Need to commit for minimum 3 months on contract, no chance of being hired full-time before the 3 month mark.
