Customer Service Associate

Customer Service positions available for our Warwick location (400 Bald Hill Rd) and our North Kingstown location. (78 Gate Rd)

- Hours and shifts:7:30a-7pm Monday-Friday; 8a-5p Sat and Sun

- Salary: $14+tips-$18+tips

**Job Summary:**

We're looking for friendly, energetic, and reliable team members to join our smoothie and juice bar. In this role, you'll prepare fresh smoothies, juices, and healthy snacks while delivering excellent customer service. **Responsibilities:**

Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and helpful manner

Take customer orders accurately and efficiently

Prepare smoothies, juices, and other menu items to company standards

Operate blenders, juicers, and other kitchen equipment safely

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including food prep and service areas

Handle cash, credit card, and mobile transactions using a POS system

Monitor stock levels and assist with restocking and inventory

Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times

Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations

**Qualifications:**

Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or customer service preferred but not required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
