Customer Service Representative - Entry Level Start on-site, then go remote! For the first6 months, you'll work on-site at our Chester, NY office. After that, enjoy ahybrid schedule: workremotely 3 weeks each month, and come into the office just1 week per month. All Saturdays are remote. About the Role Join our Field Support Center team and help coordinate the daily work of technicians installing and servicing high-speed internet in customer homes. You'll help schedule jobs, update customer accounts, and support technicians throughout the day to ensure smooth service and happy customers. What You'll Do Assign daily jobs to field technicians using scheduling tools and software. Update customer accounts with service changes, reschedules, or issues. Track technician locations and progress throughout the day. Help close out jobs and ensure records are accurate. Reschedule missed appointments at times that work for customers. Answer incoming calls and assist with customer questions. Keep logs and reports organized and up to date. What You'll Bring Strong communication and customer service skills. Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office. Comfortable handling phone calls and entering data. Willingness to learn new systems and tools. Qualifications High school diploma or GED (required). 0-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role. Interest in technology or field service support is a plus. Work Environment & Perks Business casual office in Chester, NY (not a call center). 8 Shifts between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM, Monday-Friday. Choose from 4-day/10-hour or 5-day/8-hour schedules. After 6 months: hybrid schedule with 3 weeks remote, 1 week in-office. 4 weeks of paid training (Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM). Benefits after 60 days, including cable/internet & TV reimbursement.
