JOB REQUIREMENTS: QPS Employment Group has a great Customer Service
Receptionist position available at a company in Burlington, WI. This is
a 1st shift position with the opportunity for hire. Customer Service
Receptionist Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Handle
incoming calls to take phone orders and respond to customer inquiries,
providing accurate information and friendly assistance. - Greet and
assist walk-in customers by helping them find products, answering
questions, and processing purchases. - Manage and process orders placed
through our website, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment. - Perform
quality control checks on outgoing shipments, ensuring items are packed
correctly and meet customer expectations. - Receive incoming shipments,
inspect for accuracy, and place products in designated storage areas. -
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring safety and
efficiency. - Assist with purchasing tasks by placing orders for
inventory and supplies as needed. - Generate and run necessary reports
for management, inventory tracking, and other operational needs. -
Replenish product shelves and keep inventory levels optimized. -
Organize and maintain files related to orders, invoices, and other
documentation. \*\*\*\*\* OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Customer
Service Receptionist Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both
verbal and written. - Basic computer skills for processing orders and
running reports. - Attention to detail for quality checks and filing. -
