Minimum Requirements: -Updated resume highlighting remote customer service experience. -2+ years of experience in remote (work-from-home) customer service. -2+ years using CRM platforms, completing call summaries or scheduling tasks. -High school diploma or equivalent. -Successful completion of a background check. -U.S.-based and authorized to work in the United States. -A private, quiet remote work environment located within the U.S. Preferred Skills and Qualities: -Strong verbal and written communication skills. -Attention to detail and ability to solve problems with empathy and efficiency. -Experience with multitasking in a digital environment. -Proficiency with CRM and scheduling tools. -Receptiveness to coaching and feedback in a team-oriented culture. -Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus.
