Customer Service Associates (Part-time weekends and available to fill-in afternoon shifts)

Aviator Golf Center located at 3200 Flatbush Avenue and Par 3 Golf Course in Riis Park, Queens is currently searching for motivated, friendly and hardworking individuals to join our Golf Customer Service Team for shifts 8:00 am 2:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 7:45 pm pm Saturdays and Sundays.

Customer Service including assisting customers with reservations, play-time questions, and handling all transactions.

Update membership profile information in PEEK.

Remain current on facility programs and events in order to correctly respond to the public.

Reacts to problems and provides basic solutions based on prescribed guidelines or procedures.

Ensure that all customers are receiving the best possible customer service and always have a pleasant consumer experience.

Must be available to work weekends including Saturdays and Sundays till November 30, 2025.

Qualification/Requirements: Maintain and promote a positive professional image within Aviators golf course. Must be available to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
