This is a critical leadership role responsible for setting the strategy, defining the standards, and driving the performance of the entire client service function. The Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • A Proven Departmental Leader: You bring 6-7 years of supervisory experience, with a demonstrated ability to build, manage, and scale a full department.
  • A Logistics Veteran: With a minimum of seven years in the industry, you have a deep and practical understanding of freight forwarding, warehousing, and the entire supply chain.
  • Calm Under Fire: You are a stable, resolute leader who operates with a calm and decisive authority, even in the most intense, high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

Your Strategic Impact & Responsibilities:

  • Architect the Client Experience: You will design, implement, and enforce departmental policies and procedures. Your primary goal will be to create a scalable, consistent, and world-class service model that directly enhances client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead, Measure & Elevate: Establish and own the key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for the entire client service function. You will rigorously measure team performance, identify areas for improvement, and lead your team to exceed ambitious goals.
  • Command High-Stakes Resolutions: Serve as the definitive authority on non-routine and major client issues. When significant challenges arise with orders, deliveries, or service levels, you will take direct control to troubleshoot, resolve, and reinforce client confidence.
  • Drive Strategic Improvements: Go beyond daily management to analyze trends in client feedback and inquiries. You will use this data to recommend and implement fundamental changes to our processes, technology, and training to proactively boost client satisfaction.
  • Serve as the Ultimate Expert: Personally manage relationships and complex inquiries from our most critical and high-value clients, demonstrating the pinnacle of service and strategic partnership.
