Client Service Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated Specialist to serve as the nerve center of our client operations during our critical weekend hours. This is not your typical service role. You will be the primary point of command, empowered to make decisions, resolve complex issues, and ensure our clients receive seamless support when no one else is here. Operating on a 3-day work week (Friday-Sunday), this position offers a unique schedule for a self-motivated individual who is ready to take ownership in a high-intensity logistics environment and enjoy a 4-day off-week.

Responsibilities

Your Mission on the Weekend Watch:

• Be the Critical Point of Contact: As the lead point of contact during the weekend, you will manage all incoming client orders, inquiries, and communications with confidence and professionalism.
• Take Command of Problem Resolution: You won't just escalate problems—you will own them. You'll investigate the root cause of issues with orders and shipments, architect the best solution, and act decisively to implement it.
• Ensure Flawless Execution: See every solution through to the end. You will be responsible for expediting corrections and adjustments, following up diligently to ensure the issue is fully resolved and the client is satisfied.
• Document for Success: Maintain clear and precise documentation of all actions, providing critical information for the weekday teams to ensure a seamless operational handover.
