Customer Service Assistant/Receptionist

Answer phones, greet customers, intake drivers for tanker washout, QuickBooks data entry, spreadsheets, occasional time clock entries, invoice washouts, complete sales receipts for retail items, take payments, keep track of everything going on in the shop and locations of outside employees, assist with scheduling jobs, assist with driver paperwork.
