- Entry and processing of customer and sample orders accurately and efficiently.
- Interface with all Capol departments and/or outside warehouse partners that support the COFP.
- Create new and maintain existing customer accounts in the ERP system.
- Liaison between customers and Capol internal departments for the purpose of order fulfillment, shipping requirements, customer service and technical support.
- Relay information to sales representatives/managers, as well as customers via e-mail and phone calls.
- Communicate clearly and concisely with internal and external customers at all levels of the organization, using verbal and written distribution channels.
- Adjusts promptly and calmly to change, works well as part of a team, and remains calm under pressure. Able to operate independently, with minimal supervision.

- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 0-3 years' office experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook.
- Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems- a plus.
- Communicate with others and exchange accurate information.
- Operate a computer and other office machinery or equipment.
- Ability to move about inside the office to access file cabinets or office machinery.
