JOB REQUIREMENTS: IDR is seeking a Customer Service Representative to

general supervision of a Manager, the Customer Service Representative

will be responsible for triaging inbound calls from healthcare providers

while ensuring a high level of customer service. Responsibilities

include: \* Assisting Health Plan customers with inquiries regarding

member benefits and eligibility, claim status verification, and health

plan claim processing requirements. \* Maintaining accurate

documentation of customer interactions. \* Communicating effectively

with customers while maintaining confidentiality. \* Collaborating with

co-workers and supporting a team-oriented environment. Required Skills

\* 2 years of customer service experience in the healthcare field \*

Strong background in call center, insurance, or medical environments \*

High School Diploma required; some college-level coursework preferred.

\* Experience with EPIC software is a plus. What\'s in it for you? \*
