Customer Service Specialist, Dental Practice

ChristianaCare is hiring a Customer Service Specialist/Call Center Representative for our Dental Practice in Wilmington, DE.

You would be responsible for receiving incoming telephone calls in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner. Greeting/assisting patient and visitors in the same manner as receptionist.

The ideal candidate will have prior dental experience as well as the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday, 8am - 4:30p
• No Holidays or Weekends

Qualifications:

• High school Diploma or equivalent required
• Associates Degree preferred
• Two years customer service experience, call center experience preferred
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
