**Position Description:**

This position supports the mission of Anchor Fabrication Kansas by

providing a wide range of administrative and support related tasks.

**Key Job Responsibilities:**

- Sets up new customer accounts.

- Reviews contracts with analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Enters new orders into CSI/Syteline and provides acknowledgement to

the customer.

- Daily contact with customers to assist in status updates and

resolving order issues.

- Partners with internal departments to provide excellent customer

service and provide on-time delivery of products.

- Coordinates shipments with customer and transportation services.
