With a 90-year history of exemplary customer service, this companys mission is to build a safe and balanced environment for its employees while providing innovative and high-quality products to its customers.This temporary, eight week, position will provide receptionist support by assisting with outbound summer fill calls to customers, offering promotional fuel rates, and documenting responses using memo codes in the operating system. The role also includes accurately processing and filing customer orders by printing or saving delivery tickets. This position plays a key part in seasonal outreach and customer service efforts.Pay: $20/hourSchedule: Full-time, temporary assignment of eight weeksEssential Functions and Duties:Answer and operate phone system, communicating with customers in a professional mannerVerify correct contact information, updated account as needed to include phone, email, mailing addressLog phone call information through memo section on operating systemPrint or save tickets for customers who place an order for delivery Qualifications:Previous receptionist and/or customer service experienceHigh School diploma or equivalentExcellent communication skillsStrong computer experience and basic math skillsAbility to multi-task, with critical thinking, and problem-solving skillsValid Drivers LicenseAbility to lift 30-50lbsGet in touch!
