Shift Timing (Day/ Evening/ Night): 8:00 AM TO 4:00 PM /9:00 A TO 5:00 PM

Job Description:
The department is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable individual to join their team as an Information Desk Specialist at their in-person lobby.
Role & Responsibilities:
Warmly greet customers and assist as needed.
Log customers into the system efficiently and accurately.
Receive incoming mail and deliver it to designated locations.
Screen applications for completeness and accuracy.
Handle challenging customers with professionalism and tact.
Maintain confidentiality while working with sensitive information.
Required Skills:
Prior in-person customer service experience is required (Mandatory)
Strong customer service skills.
Proficiency in computer skills and applications.
Ability to manage difficult interactions with calm and composure.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual abilities (not mandatory but considered a plus).
