You will:

• Provide service that exceeds expectations while remaining steadfastly aligned with Europecars rental policies and procedures, ensuring every patron's seamless and unforgettable experience.

• Uphold an air of professionalism and grace in every interaction, placing paramount importance on customer satisfaction and happiness.

• Welcome customers into the rental facility with genuine warmth, helping with their belongings and demonstrating an unwavering dedication to their comfort.

• Proactively anticipate and cater to additional needs or desires, striving to elevate the customer experience at every turn.

• Embrace adaptability in response to any adjustments in duties or protocols from management, ensuring our commitment to delivering unparalleled service remains steadfast and continuously evolving.

• Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs and objectives.

Education -

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Requirements:

• A minimum of two years of sales or customer service experience in a high-volume or service-oriented environment with a proven track record of excellence is preferred

• Must possess a valid drivers license

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

• Customer service experience preferred

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
