Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and issue resolution. Process and manage customer orders from entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Collaborate with internal departments including Sales, Logistics, and Supply Chain to ensure customer satisfaction. Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates or delays to customers. Maintain accurate records in ERP systems (SAP experience preferred). Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer service processes. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in a customer service or order management role, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
