Customer Service Associate (Inside Sales Specialist) Location: Blue Ash, OH Type: Contract-to-Hire Shift: 1st Shift (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM EST) Pay: $20-$25 per hour Our client, a local woman-owned business and part of a respected franchise network across the United States and Canada, is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join their team in Blue Ash. About the Role As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for potential and current customers. You'll support the business owner, sales team, and marketing efforts while building lasting relationships and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and usage Schedule appointments and maintain customer relationships using a CRM system Engage with prospects and customers via social media Manage inventory and place equipment orders as needed Prepare sales, prospect, and inventory reports on a regular basis Create and update sales materials Resolve customer issues with professionalism and care Assist the business owner with compliance-related tasks Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and work independently Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
