We are looking for** Customer Service Representative - Enrollment Services (100% Onsite) **Location:** 6465 National Drive, Livermore, CA **Schedule:** Full-time | Must be flexible to work any shift between 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST **Compensation:** $21-$23 per hour **Experience Required:** 0-3 years **About the Role:** We are seeking a **Customer Service Representative** to join our Enrollment Services team in a 100% onsite position based in Livermore, CA. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers as they move through the enrollment process. You'll help guide them from the initial setup to reviewing service details and assisting them until they are fully trained and active. **Key Responsibilities:** + Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with enrollment services. + Use databases and multiple computer systems (Windows, DOS, Mainframe) to retrieve and enter information. + Provide clear, accurate, and timely information to customers. + Learn and follow detailed procedures and enrollment workflows. + Maintain professional phone etiquette with patience, tact, empathy, and effective problem-solving. + Organize and manage call volume with speed and accuracy. + Document customer interactions and follow up as needed. **Required Qualifications:** + 0-3 years of customer service experience, ideally in benefits or enrollment services. + Strong verbal communication and phone etiquette. + Fast learner with the ability to retain complex information. + Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously. + High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. + Dependable attendance and punctuality. + Comfortable working in a structured, fast-paced call center environment. **Additional Information:** + Candidates must be willing to work 100% onsite in Livermore, CA. + Interviews will be conducted onsite. + Selected candidates will start as soon as background screening is complete.ManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
