Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine Centers (PTSMC) is seeking a Part -Time or Full Time Patient Services Coordinator for our private practice physical therapy office in Westbrook, CT. Patient Service Coordinators are vital members of our clinic's team and often the first and last point of contact at our front desk. PSCs provide quality customer service while managing front desk operations and administrative duties. Ideal candidates are personable, highly-motivated individuals who possess a friendly, professional demeanor and a desire to help others. Responsibilities include: Provide high-quality customer service Greet patients and visitors entering the clinic Answer telephones and direct calls accordingly Explain all forms to ensure completion such as intake and insurance documents Input documents and data accurately in the electronic medical record Schedule appointments Collect patient payments Clinics are open 7:00 am - 7:00 pm.
