Consumer Services Specialist (Hybrid) Location (city, state): Chicagoland Area, IL Industry: Automotive / Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) Pay: $24.92/hour (~$50,000 annually) + 3-5% annual bonus About Our Client: Our client is an established global brand in the automotive and CPG industry. They are currently building out a brand-new internal consumer services team, transitioning away from a third-party call center. This is a unique opportunity to get in on the ground floor of an evolving department with long-term growth potential. Job Description: The Consumer Services Specialist will be the primary point of contact for escalated customer concerns, product-related issues, and advanced troubleshooting. This role requires empathy, professionalism, and strong problem-solving skills to ensure a positive customer experience.
