- Support launch of customer delivery creation at warehouse.
- Communication with both internal and external customers.
- Heavy telephone and email communication to respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner and update when deviations occur.
- Daily customer order pick creation.
- Entry level material planning.
- Transportation scheduling for both daily and expedite services utilizing customer websites and freight forwarding websites.
- Office duties: filing, faxing, scanning.
- Maintain and abide by records retention procedures per Central Directives.
- Knowledge of what an escalation processes is and reasons.
- Ability to problem solve utilizing the 5 Why's or 8D formats.
- A team player that can effectively back up others as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in a warehouse environment required
- Excellent computer skills and working familiarity with multiple software packages, preferably MS Office and SAP ERP software packages
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, professional telephone etiquette, and the ability to handle stressful situations in an efficient, professional manner
- Must have a sense of team response to satisfy sales goals and assure 100% customer satisfaction
- Must be able to work with minimal or no supervision
- Bilingual: English/Spanish
- Associates Degree in Business or related discipline preferred
