Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for client service and a knack for organization? We are currently seeking a Financial Services Administrator to join our team in Des Plaines, IL 60018. This is a hybrid position, offering a mix of in-person and remote work.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Communicate with clients and financial institutions to support financial transactions
  2. Follow through on administrative and client support tasks
  3. Ensure compliance regulations are met
  4. Respect clients and their financial goals in a friendly, efficient manner
  5. Collaborate with the team on service and cross-selling opportunities
  6. Securities licensed helpful but not required
