Job Description

This is a remote full-time position with hours of 8:30 am to 5:30 PST/9:30 to 6:30 MST time.

What You Will Do: 

  • Provide customer service and technical support with accurate, satisfactory answers to queries and concerns via telephone, email, and online chat.
  • Develop and maintain positive customer relations and collaborate with other departments to ensure customer requests and questions are handled appropriately and in a timely manner. 
  • Research and analyze data to address challenges and customer service issues by with multiple systems, programs, and screens at the same time.
  • Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services.
  • De-escalate issues in a calm and positive manner and stay composed in stressful situations.
  • Perform root cause analyses to identify and develop strategies for addressing issues. 

What You Will Bring: 

  • Experience in customer service with excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.
  • Willingness to problem solve and resolve conflicts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Technical competence with the ability to assimilate technical information quickly. 
  • Proven analysis, problem-solving, and troubleshooting expertise. 
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and escalate customer issues as required.
  • Self-directed with the ability to perform both as part of a team and individually.
  • Work from home environment, free from distraction.
  • Enthusiasm, strong work ethic, with a positive and results-oriented attitude.
