The call center operator provides various support functions for our participating hospitals. Duties include: Answering calls to the main number, triage and route calls. Follow on-call schedules and dispatch appropriate clinicians. Update database to reflect the most current on-call etc.
** All positions require working a Saturday or Sunday
***Several Shifts available: 1st Shift, 2nd Shift ( Full and Part time)
Previous Experience: Customer Service, Hospital, Medical Office 1-5 years
These are contract to hire positions for 90 days with option for direct hire.
Other benehits include: quarterly incentive program - based on global and individual metrics
After 90 days option to work at home 1-2 days per week
Salary Range: DOE $16-$18/ hourly
