Pearse Consulting is seeking telephone professionals who love to be on the phone and work towards a common goal. An ideal appointment setter will be self motivated, have a strong work ethic, and enjoy adding to an exciting and focused culture.

Responsibilities include:

Reaching out to small businesses and building relationships with owners, presidents or CEO's
Making between 100-150 outbound calls per day
Taking part in weekly training sessions to improve knowledge of industry
Being held to standards for production and making certain quotas are hit
Adding to a fun and exciting environment

Qualifications for Appointment setter position:

1 + years successful call center experience
Strong phone presence, confident tone in your voice and ability to get clients involved
Sales experience is preferred
Call center, Restaurant, Customer service background
