We are seeking an energetic Client Relations Specialist who can interact directly with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will be:
- Self-driven and able to consistently perform at the highest level with minimal supervision
- Highly organized & detail-oriented
- Confident in your communication skills with ability to remain calm in any circumstance
- Able to make a difference in people’s lives by continually creating ways to make the ultimate client experience
Responsibilities will include:
- Interact directly with customers in the oil and gas industry
- Resolve client issues by identifying problems and coordinating appropriate corrective action
- Communicate internally with management regarding daily consumer activities and service issues
- Understand company's value proposition, partner program, and operational procedures. Ability to explain these items appropriately and articulately as needed
- Willing to travel throughout the Permian basin and Oklahoma
