Customer Service Representative (Hybrid)

You’ll handle 30–50 real conversations a day—clients with billing or claims questions, and you solve them directly. You’ll own outcomes and be remembered for it.

You’ll Fit If You:

  • Are licensed in Texas (P&C)
  • Have 12+ months of experience with billing, claims, or renewals
  • Move faster when it’s busy
  • Want clients asking for you by name
  • You’re organized, clear, and fast on the phones
  • Speak Spanish? You’ll help more clients

What You’ll Actually Do:

  • Solve billing + policy issues fast, across 30–50 daily calls, emails, chats
  • Track and beat metrics (resolution time, satisfaction, follow-up rates)
  • Join weekly coaching—cross-sell, retention, and communication
  • Spot broken processes and help fix them

Pay + Perks:

  • $45,000 base + monthly bonuses (top reps earn $60K–$70K)
  • Health, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k)
  • Monday–Friday only. No late nights. No weekend shifts.
  • Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote
