Mathematical aptitude.       This position would be best suited for someone who enjoys interacting with and helping others.  Professional, oral and written, communication skills, follow-up skills, and ability to multi-task are a must for this customer service position.  Must be able to work independently, prioritizing customer needs.  Flexibility in work schedule is also required.
