Inbound Wireless Customer Service Reps are instrumental in helping ACS achieve their business goals by receiving and processing telephone request in an effective, efficient and courteous manner. Customer Assistants handle inbound calls from Wireless customers (no cold calls or telemarketing). This is an entry-level, full time, customer service position located in a call center. ACS will provide comprehensive, paid training to all new hires. Previous experience in customer service is required and call center experience is preferred but not required. You must be over 18 years of age, able to type 25 wpm, have a high school diploma or GED and know how to navigate through general windows of a computer. We ask that have open availability, as we can not guarantee your shift at the moment we only have pm shift available. The starting pay for this position is $9/hour throughout the training program. Upon successful completion of training, employees will be moved to an Activity Based subsidy compensation plan. This plan is structured to compensate employees based on their level of customer service. Plan specifics which will be discussed in detail at the time of interview.
