We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to oversee a busy inbound call center at our Boise General Office located in Boise, ID. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Manage the customer service department. Analyze/negotiate accounts. Maximize operating efficiencies. Responsible for hiring, training, and discipline of departmental personnel. Provide daily/weekly reports to the company. Travel as needed.
