The Manager, CSC is responsible for Customer Service daily operations and for supervision of the Team Leads, After Hours and Weekend Supervisors, Support Staff and Customer Service Representatives (CSRs). The primary function is to assure compliance with all Customer Services established protocols, procedures, ensuring customer satisfaction, meeting service level and response time objectives across all areas of responsibility. RESPONSIBILITIES: 5% or less abandoned rate and 60 seconds or less speed or answer on a weekly basis. Meet monthly productivity/quality goals Ensure all protocols are followed and personnel policies are administered accurately and consistently Establish processes and procedures to handle each clients business, update or revise and necessary Ensure effective and efficient utilization of resources Assures facility management including office and IT systems On-going review of processes to identify areas of improvement and recommend changes Work closely with internal departments to ensure all processes are implemented and monitored, issues resolved and equipment running properly.
