Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak proficiently and professionally both over the phone and in person. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Access, Internet software, and E mail. Capability of developing proficient knowledge of other standard software programs including email and of accessing information on Delphi through the Internet. Ability to work, on occasion, flexible hours which may exceed 8 hours in a day, 5 days in a week or 40 hours in a week.
